Invoice Access

Clients view invoices, payment history, and trust account balances.

Governance

5non-negotiablesafeguards

Client data is isolated by firm, gated by role-based access control, and fully audited.

S1

Firm Isolation

Every query is scoped to firmId. No cross-firm data leakage at the database level.

S2

RBAC Enforcement

clients:read, clients:write, clients:delete, clients:export — enforced on every endpoint.

S3

Activity Logging

Every create, update, delete, and portal action is logged with timestamp and actor.

S4

Archive Before Delete

Clients with active matters cannot be deleted. Archive first, then delete.

S5

Conflict Gate

New client creation runs conflict checks before saving. High-severity conflicts block creation.
